--All of our machines have free shipping for lower 48 U.S. States

 

 

When I order a package deal can I request specific color machines?

 

--Yes, just send us an email requesting what quantity of each color you would like and we'll fill your request if stock is available

 

Can my machine be set to vend without using a quarter?

 

--Yes, we can give you instructions on how to disable the coin mechanism over the phone.

 

 

Can I have the Bulk Pro's middle slot be changed to a gumball wheel instead of a candy wheel?

 

--The Bulk Pro is set with a candy wheel in the center slot.  A separate gumball wheel can be purchased at a small additional cost of $6 each available on our Machine Parts Page.

 

 

Can I pick up the machines at your Atlanta warehouse?

 

--Yes, all machines can be picked up at our Atlanta warehouse and save on shipping costs.  Call us for pickup price, to get directions and schedule a pickup time.

 

 

I want to start a route with my son/daughter and want to know how do I find locations?

 

--If you are starting your route with a child, it is best that an adult to the locating as managers & owners of businesses unfortunately are not going to put much faith in a teenager.  Using a locator is one option, but we stress to route operators that locating is something that you can do yourself.  Let the manager of the business know that your machine is going to benefit their customers and/or employees.  Try not to sound like you are selling anything since they see solicitors every day.  Don't take a "no" personal.  Shrug it off and move to the next location.  Once you get a successful script played out it will work with most of the locations you talk to.

 

I lost my keys, can I get another set?

 

--It depends on how old the machine is.  Sometimes we keep extra sets of keys on hand so just drop us an email and we'll see if we can help you out.  All you will have to pay for is the shipping cost.

 

 

What candy should I put into the Bulk Pro?

--The Bulk Pro comes set with a candy wheel in all three slots.  You can purchase the gumball wheel  to allow for a slot to vend 1 inch gumballs, bouncy balls or small toy capsules.  The candy wheels will vend all sorts of bulk candy.  We recommend putting Peanut M&M's in at least one of the slots since it is the most popular candy of the industry.  Always ask your location what THEY would like in the machine since they are the ones that are going to be your best customer for that machine.
